1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of YeahSnow at yeahsnow.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What the service is

YeahSnow is a free calculator that compares the cost of Epic and Ikon ski passes against day tickets for a trip you describe. You enter resorts and days; it estimates what each option would cost you.

There is nothing to buy here and no account to create. When you decide to buy a pass, you do it on Epic's or Ikon's own website.

3. The numbers are estimates

This is the most important thing on this page.

Pass prices, day ticket prices, which resorts a pass covers, how many days it gives you and which dates are blacked out all change — sometimes mid-season, sometimes without notice. Our data is collected automatically and reviewed by hand, but it can be out of date or simply wrong.

Always confirm the current price and terms on Epic's or Ikon's own site before you buy. We are not responsible for a purchase you make based on what this calculator told you.

4. We are not affiliated with Epic or Ikon

YeahSnow is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vail Resorts, Alterra Mountain Company, or any of the resorts named on this site.

"Epic Pass" is a trademark of Vail Resorts. "Ikon Pass" is a trademark of Alterra Mountain Company. Resort names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are used here to identify what the calculator is comparing.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Scrape or overload the site in a way that degrades it for others
• Try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Use it for anything illegal

6. Our content

The design, text and code of this site are ours. The underlying facts — what a pass costs, which resorts it covers — are not, and we make no claim to them.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site — including a pass you bought, or didn't buy, because of what the calculator showed you.

9. Links to other sites

We link to Epic, Ikon and resort websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you when we last did.
